Mel, finally?

Tomorrow’s All Soul’s Day once again. While all of us will definitely remember and pay respect to our departed loved ones, we will also celebrate the “resurrection” of our long-lost classmate and friend, Mel Abas. Yes, we have finally tracked him down.

We have no idea where this photo was taken. Last we heard, Mel immigrated to the United States to teach in a public school. The other people in the pic could be his colleagues there? Or could it be somewhere in the Middle East? Or could Mel just be in the Philippines all along? We hope to find out soon when he replies to the message we sent him.

Anyway, happy birthday, Mel!

Sweet 18

Jonna Zayra, the lovely daughter of Jun and Zeny Vigo, has turned 18. We are posting here some photos taken during the wonderful celebration.

Happy birthday, Jonna, and congratulations, too, to the proud parents.

You might have noticed that we now have  “tweets” on our blog. (If not, it’s on the right sidebar of our website.)  This is meant for short messages we want to immediately share with the peps. You need a Twitter account to  tweet back to these messages.
