Bernardino Tuazon

Another death has just struck us today. Bernardino Tuazon, Remy’s father, has joined his Creator this noon, just five days after Ana Marie Joaquin’s mother’s passing. Tatay Bernardino, shown above with Nanay Araceli during their 50th wedding anniversary last year, had been sick for a time. He and his wife recently arrived in the Philippines supposedly for a short vacation.

Tatay’s remains lie at Remy’s home in Antipolo City and the burial is set for April 27 at 9 a.m.

We  would like to express our sincerest condolences to the whole Tuazon clan for this terrible loss.

Updated list

We’ve just updated our list of Batch ’78 graduates, adding  those who recently let their presence felt. Above is Evangeline Capulong (IV-2) and the four most important men in her life. Vangie is now a neighbor of our classmate Yoly Mañalac in New Jersey. The picture above was taken during the family’s visit to the state of California last month.

The wake is at the Elysium Memorial on Juan Luna, near Maypajo. The peps are planning to go there tomorrow, so please contact Remy Tuazon if you can come along.

So we are gathering them here to serenade our beloved classmate, Ruby Rosa Gaviola-Guevarra, who is celebrating her birthday tomorrow, April 14.
