LDHS reunions are taking place not only in the Philippines but also in other parts of the world. Fellow alumni in the United States have linked up with each other and are now regularly holding activities. Last July 19 Canada-based graduates from different batches also had a get-together, a picnic held at the Petticoat Conservation Park in Ontario.
Everyone’s invited to attend our batch’s meeting this Saturday, August 1, 2 p.m., at Dencio’s in Trinoma mall in Quezon City. The get-together, which will be attended by batchmates from different sections, is aimed at discussing future activities of Batch ’78, including the planned grand reunion either in December this year or January next year. Please contact Remy Tuazon-Martin or Keith dela Cruz for more details.
Our class officers met last night to firm up plans for the peps’ upcoming activities. Present were Lito Parungo, Keith dela Cruz, George Hizon, Ruby Gaviola-Guevarra and Remy Tuazon-Martin. The meeting was held at Dampa sa Libis, where birthday boy George pampered the group with a seafood galore, and at Jack’s Loft in Eastwood City. Joining them were Danny Martin, Noel and Kim Guevarra.
